If you would like to share your own story with other HIV-Positives, to give them inspiration and hope from your own experience, you can either send an email that includes your story, or attach a Word .doc or plain .txt. file to an email. We will be happy to include any and all stories that are appropriate.

Please indicate whether you would like your email address included at the bottom of your story for other HIV-Positives to contact you directly, and if you have a website you'd like them to visit, include that as well.

If you think your own story would make a good podcast for HIV-Positives to listen to on their computer or iPod, please email your story that you want to appear on this website, and then include a phone number so we can call and talk about it. It involves recording about an hour interview over the phone, but we'll want to chat with you first and then line up a time for the recorded interview.
